We offer exchanges of broken press-ons within 7 days of you receiving the package. We accept exchange of sizes only, not of designs. To initiate the exchange process, you will need to pay a fee for the second delivery attempt ($8). Hence, please carefully measure your nails before purchasing.
We do not offer return or refunds, purchasing from us means that you have agreed to our policy, so please consider carefully before placing your order. Thank you, and we appreciate your support a lot.
If your package was returned to us for any reasons, for example, due to incorrect/incomplete delivery details, or that the duty was not paid on time, we’ll email you regarding the situation and explain what happened, and to collect necessary information. Please understand that we do not offer refunds in situations mentioned above.
We’ll send you an invoice to collect the shipping fee for the second delivery attempt. Please bear in mind that returned packages will be disposed of, if no response was received 3 weeks after, so please pay attention to your order status and inbox if you haven’t received your package after a relatively long period.
